Welcome to the 1st GFF conference: GFF 2027
Where: Stockholm University
When: January 12–13, 2027
Our ambition is for the meeting to bring together geoscientists active in Sweden, as well as researchers with an interest in the geology of the Nordic countries.
The scientific scope follows that of the GFF journal
Students are welcome to participate free of charge, with the only requirement being that they present at the conference.

Note that membership in the Geological Society of Sweden is mandatory (only 350 SEK or 150 SEK for students; follow this link to first become a member.
Program & Sessions
There are no pre-defined sessions; hence, the specific themes will ultimately depend on the received contributions.
Some important dates
- October 18 – Deadline for abstract submission
- November 30 – Deadline for registration
- January 11 — Icebreaker
- January 12–13 – Meeting takes place in Stockholm
- January 12 — Conference Dinner
